Day 1 - Arrive in Geraldton

Join aboard the Eco Abrolhos for a 5-day cruise through the stunning Abrolhos Islands, located just 70 km off the Geraldton coast. Known as the "Galápagos of the Indian Ocean," this remote island chain is rich in marine life, coral reefs, and fascinating history. Your journey includes snorkelling, fishing, guided island walks, birdwatching, and seasonal whale and pearl farm tours. Visit the historic Batavia shipwreck and enjoy chef-prepared ocean-to-plate meals each day. The cruise begins with a welcome night onboard and ends with a scenic return flight to Geraldton. With expert guides and comfortable accommodations, this is the ultimate way to discover one of Australia’s most unique and unspoiled destinations.
Your cruise begins as you are welcomed aboard for a complimentary night prior to departure the next morning. This allows you time to settle in your cabin, meet the crew and other passengers, complete the safety briefings and enjoy pizza night as you watch the sun set over the Eco Wharf.

Day 2 - Cruise your way over to the Abrolhos Islands
The next morning you have a choice of either waking with the crew & watching the sun rise over Geraldton as the Eco Abrolhos departs or enjoy a sleep in as we steam towards the Abrolhos Islands. Scheduled arrival at the Southern Group is around 10am. The next 24 hours is spent exploring a selection of the Southern Group locations.

The Eco Abrolhos departs the Southern Group around noon and cruises north to the Easter Group where you meet up with the morning’s fisherman. There is a selection of 6 locations where we will spend our next 36 hours.

After a quick steam to the Wallabi Group, get ready for some history lessons. There is a choice of 4 historical sites to visit.

The morning is spent exploring around the Wallabi Group typically Turtle Bay on East Wallabi Island. Your Shine Aviation flight awaits to return you via air back to Geraldton. Flights depart at 1pm + 3pm & take approximately 35 minutes.
