Nicest bed was the Old Woolstore in Hobart. Sara provided JUST what I asked for Wilderness and seafood/fish. Best trip ever!!@@
Loved loved this trip. Some of te hotels in the AAT tour were average, eg. Best Western, but the knowledge of tour guide Carolyn made up for this!@

JoAnn & Gavin Hazeldene, Cairns & The Great Southern, Brisbane to Adelaide, Travelled on 5 Dec 2025

The train experience and how friendly everyone was was the highlight. I loved sleeping on the top bunk.
Even the derailment on the Spirit of Queensland was handled expertly!

We truly had an amazing time with all the itineraries in Sydney and Cairns — it was such a new experience for all of us, and so different from life in Singapore. Most importantly, the attack at Bondi Beach really shook us, especially knowing that we had been there earlier that very morning. Over the past few days, the guides in Sydney were incredibly professional and made us feel well taken care of.
Love the prompt replies to the in-app messaging

Ian & Amanda Cook, Ian & Amanda's Journey: From the Great Ocean Road to North Queensland!, Travelled on 11 Dec 2025

Port Douglas was our favoured place. It is a beautiful holiday town. Our favourite accommodation was Chocolate Gannets at Apollo Bay. The ocean view from the living room window was wonderful and the villa spacious and luxurious. Our favourite excursions were the brilliantly well-organised Quicksilver Barrier Reef trip, the heritage train and Skyrail adventure to Kuranda and also the Daintree Rainforest Safari. All the excursions added variety and enjoyment to our holiday.
We were glad we chose to have our holiday planned for us. We ordinarily organise our own itineraries, but we now recognise the many benefits of having it done for us. Thank you Manon for all your help and planning. The whole trip ran perfectly smoothly.

Brenda and Richard Hitt, Coastal, Country & Wilderness: Melbourne, Adelaide & Tasmania 🌿, Travelled on 12 Oct 2025

The nicest accommodation was a tie between Sea Dragon Inn on Kangaroo Island and the villa we had for two nights at Port Campbell. The favorite experiences were Kangaroo Island, Ocean Road and Tasmania.
Meg did a great job working with us and setting up all our arrangements. She made our trip very pleasant and seamless.

Kai (Hans) and Caroline van der Poel, Kai & Caroline's Great Aussie Road Trip, Travelled on 15 Nov 2025

We were highly supprised about the facilities when we arrived in the joy Springs in Metung. The ballon flight in Baron Bay was an once in a lifetime experience And at last the stay and cruise in Freycenet. Absolutely awesome.
The only comment we have is the location of the accommodation in Coffs Harbour. This was not the nicest surrounding to be in.

Christi and Bill Hurlbutt, Christi & Bill: Private Sydney Highlights, Travelled on 30 Nov 2025

Because we arrived in Sydney at 8:00am and weren’t to board our ship until 12:00pm, Laurel arranged a private city tour for us. Our fabulous Aussie tour guide, Dave picked us up at Sydney airport, took us on a 4 hour tour of the city. Having been born and raised in the Sydney area, he gave us lots of their history as he drove us through this very large city and its suburbs and along its crowded beaches for top notch people watching.. we stopped for coffee and meat pies at a neighborhood spot as well as other stops for great photo opportunities. He even tried to explain the rules of cricket to us. It was what we looking for to kill the time but turned into a wonderful way to connect and better understand and enjoy the Australian people.

It was for my brother who is limited in English. But because of the explanation in the itinery he got along well and enjoy it. Thank you. Heinz

Cathy & Richard Renken, Exploring the Natural Scenery & Flavours of Melbourne!, Travelled on 26 Nov 2025

We enjoyed all our tours. Our favorite was the walking food tour in Melbourne. Our guide, Chev, was very informative and interesting. We loved seeing the alleyways and exploring the various cafes and seeing the art.
Laurel was great. She was very prompt in responding to our requests and questions. The tours she planned for us gave us a good overview of Melbourne and Victoria, the history and culture of the area.

Jo & Ian Baxter, The Ghan, Adelaide to Darwin - Gold Premium Suite, Travelled on 16 Nov 2025

Gold Premium Suite was excellent. The double bed was more than big enough for us both. It was worth paying the extra cost. The linen was of excellent standard. The crew came in after we had gone to breakfast and made the bed. In the evening they provided us with a toddy to enjoy before bed time. What a trip, still thinking about it. It more than exceeded our expectations. You were made to feel special as Suzy welcomed us into the dining car. We were sat with other couples who were strangers. After introducing ourselves you realised the couple you shared your table with were travellers the same as you. You had lots in common, experiences of like countries. We sat with other couples as we had three meals a day, all of a sudden these strangers greeted us as others did, it was such a relaxed atmosphere. The off board trips Marla, Alice Springs and Katherine thoroughly enjoyable. The information and knowledge of the places we went to was worth knowing. The staff and crew of the Ghan was excellent, even flawless. My husband and I think it was one of the memorable trips we have done and we would do another in a heartbeat.

Bruny Island for its beauty. Also enjoyed the day trip up the Tasman Peninsula and Pt. Arthur…fascinating history.
Thanks for your help organizing everything. The Vibe Hotel was a great choice and a great location for us. It was a really great holiday!

Anthony Dreaver and Jennifer Ramshaw, Natural Treasures of Tasmania Tour, Travelled on 13 Nov 2025

Hard to pick one favourite. Loved Bruny Island cruise and Cradle Mountain tour especially. Coles Bay was an absolute gem as was Edge of the Bay resort.
We absolutely loved every moment of our holiday. Thanks to Meg for her constant care and support and planning. And by the way the rental car was fabulous.

Johanna & Peter Geary and Gerard & Vicky Segers, Natural Treasures of Tasmania Tour, Travelled on 7 Nov 2025

Snow at Cradle mountain Gordon River Dinner Cruise was splendid ..."Ship That Never Was" highly recommend
Other than those, the rest of the trip was well organized and we had a great experience thanks to Izabella and Georgia for organizing the car, accom, sleeping arrangements, breakfasts, cruises and dinners. Well Done girls

Marian & Malcolm Cone, The Ghan, Adelaide to Darwin PLUS City Highlights, Travelled on 16 Nov 2025

The train itself was marvelous and the scenery from the train. The staff and activities were wonderful but the staff on the train and the breakfast at Marla did it for us!
Sophie is outstanding in her attention to the smallest detail and equally the train staff. So pleased we decided to go to Perth this long way!!

Martha Brown, Intrepid Travel: Tasmania Adventure, Travelled on 15 Nov 2025

A much more qualified person than me was driving…especially up an down those curvy mountain roads!
Every single person (13 in our group) was delightful and fun to be with. Accommodations were surprisingly generous and ALWAYS super clean.

Eileen Durward, Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef, Travelled on 17 Nov 2025

The sail to Michaelmas Cay and snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef. Paid extra for a member of staff to give me a snorkling lesson and they accompanied me out to the Reef. I'm not a good swimmer so this gave me the opportunity to experience everything. Would definitely recommend this for anyone doing the day trip who may be a bit aprehensive about snorkling on their own. Now ticked off my Bucket List!
