Inside Australia Travel specialises in Self Drive and Couch Touring holidays. If you are looking for a Self Drive option, we will ensure you are comfortable with our selection of vehicles and provide you with a customised itinerary map. Our Independent Tours combine Coach, Bus, Train, Ferry & Sightseeing providers from around the country into one seamless itinerary. Guided Coach Tours are typically travelled in one Coach and you will travel around with the same group and the itinerary is set.

Some included items may have limitations on some dates but because we take care of the planning we know how to re-arrange or suggest alternatives. Putting it simply - you decide the dates, we design the travel.
Our popular tour itineraries can be booked on our website exactly as they are but you can also contact us to customise them to fit you perfectly. So if you want to spend longer in some locations or add on a train journey then have us arrange a Self Drive tour for you! If you have designed your own schedule and location wish list send it to us and we can turn it into a great itinerary managed by expert consultants. That's the Inside Australia Travel flexibility. Alternatively, we have Escorted Coach Touring options with many different departure dates to choose from!
Booking a holiday with us is easy. Simply select one of our popular suggestions, click the "book now" button, and complete the straightforward process or send us an enquiry and we will contact you to discuss a customised itinerary! Once all is decided, you will receive a verification email, and then log in to our secure site to finalise and pay for your booking via credit card. A deposit of 20% or NZ$250 per person is required, along with any additional instant purchase items, such as domestic airfares, which will be clearly displayed. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your travel, or if booked within 60 days, is payable upon receiving confirmation from us. You can choose to view prices in a variety of currencies and make payments in the currency that works best for you. Payments will be listed on your statement as "New Zealand Fine Touring," which is our parent company. Additionally, if you prefer, we can arrange for you to make a payment directly into our bank account.
At Inside Australia Travel, we understand that sometimes plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any costs that may arise if you need to cancel your tour or if your itinerary is affected by unforeseen events such as severe weather. We can assist you in securing this type of insurance, so please speak with your Inside Australia Travel consultant. If you would like to modify your booked itinerary, such as extending your stay in a certain location, simply let your consultant know. In most cases, we can accommodate these requests, but please keep in mind that there may be charges if you are within the cancellation period for a specific item. We will be happy to explain these charges to you if they apply. If you need to cancel your tour completely, please familiarise yourself with our booking terms and conditions for cancellation fees.
